Volunteer Roles
Volunteer opportunities may include:
- Event Support – Registration, check-in, logistics, and day-of coordination
- Contestant Support – Assisting with schedules, transitions, and preparation needs
- Backstage & Production Support – Helping ensure smooth flow during rehearsals and competition
- Hospitality – Supporting judges, guests, and participants
- Community & Outreach Support – Assisting with appearances, events, or service activities
- Administrative Support – Behind-the-scenes organization and coordination
Roles are assigned based on interest, availability, and program needs.
Important Volunteer Requirements
To ensure the safety and integrity of the program, all volunteers must meet the following requirements:
- Background Check Required
All volunteers are required to complete a background check.
The cost of the background check is the responsibility of the volunteer. - Conflict of Interest Policy
Volunteers may not have a child, relative, or close family member competing in the Miss Missouri City or Miss Missouri City’s Teen Pageants during the year they volunteer. - Professional Conduct
Volunteers are expected to act with professionalism, discretion, and respect at all times.
